These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PeakLeads ("Service"), operated by PeakLeads ("we", "us", "our") at peakleads.ca. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.
PeakLeads is a pay-per-lead marketplace that provides roofing contractors with contact and property information for homeowners in the Edmonton, Alberta area whose homes are statistically due for roof replacement. Leads are sourced from publicly available municipal building permit data.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate roofing business to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that this is the case.
Access to lead details requires purchasing credit packs. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire but have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Each lead may be claimed by only one contractor. Once claimed, the lead is permanently removed from the available pool and no other contractor may purchase it. We do not guarantee that any specific lead will be available at the time of your purchase attempt.
Lead data is sourced from the City of Edmonton's open building permit dataset. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee that property information, owner contact details, or roof condition assessments are current or correct. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, appointment, or business outcome. Credits spent on a lead are not refundable regardless of outcome.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular lead will be available or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeakLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Unused credits at the time of termination for cause are forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
